Will a female squirrel adopt another squirrels babies if she is dead?

Not normally. She's more likely to kill and possibly eat them (Grey Squirrels WILL occasionally eat meat, but normally it comes from birds' nests).

The only exception is if she's recently given birth and is still lactating. Even then, it's unlikely she'll adopt.

Even if she does the adoptee needs to be almost exactly the same size as the rest of the litter. If it's too small it will normally be out-competed for milk and if too large it will out-compete and may attack the others; either way you end up with dead squirrels.

Unless you can micro-manage the adoption or can devote the time to hand-rearing, it's normally kindest to euthanase an orphaned squirrel if it cannot already seek food and shelter for itself, or to simply leave it where found and let nature take care of things.

If you're in the UK, squirrels are legally vermin so hand-reared animals cannot lawfully be released. You also need a huge enclosure to keep them humanely. Will a female squirrel adopt another squirrels babies if she is dead?

No. When The hurricanes came threw Florida back in 2004. Me and my husband reuse a baby squirrel. We had him for 3 months and then let him go. So your on your own raising this squirrel.
