Sick baby squirrel?!?

i found a baby squirrel yesterday outside my apartment building that seemed to have fell out of his nest. he was wandering around a bit, and fell in a 3 ft cement hole. my neighbor and i managed to get him out, and since his mother is nowhere to be found i have had him in my apartment. i gave him a warm bed of baby blankets and have been feeding him warm diluted gatorade so he doesnt dehydrate. but he wont eat ANYTHING and he is becoming increasingly less active and sleeps 90% of the day. all of the numbers in the phone book are for pest control i dont know what to do?!!Sick baby squirrel?!?
YOU CAN'T FEED HIM GATORADE!!!!!! He needs milk (use Esiblac puppy formula). If you're not going to take care of him right, you need to call animal control immediately before the poor thing dies because of you!

My grandma has raised baby squirrels before, but you need to look up online the correct formula that you need to be feeding them. It's a lot of work, and I would only recommend doing it if you are home all day to take care of him.

Look up animal control, humane society, department of natural resources, or any wildlife sanctuary in your area, and let them handle it.

It's illegal to hold wildlife over 48 hours without a permit. It's illegal to try and rehabilitate wildlife yourself. It's illegal to keep wildlife as a pet.

Try this link if you can't find a wildlife center in your area:

Call your local Department of Environmental Conservation, vet, or humane society for a list of Wildlife Rehabilitators.

Soon.

In the mean time, keep him in a cardboard box, with a heating pad set on low if you have one, or fill a jar with a tight fitting lid with warm water, (warm, but not so hot that he'll burn himself,) and put it in with him so he can snuggle up to it. The flavors/sweeteners in Gatorade can be toxic to animals. Do not give him anything to eat or drink until you have spoken to a rehabber.
I am a squirrel rehabber and i would take the squirrel,The squirrel has to be fed around the clock, speical formula, heating pad,I will give a 20 dollars for your time and kindness,so if anyone has baby squirrels, give me a call or email me,1270-828-4519,thanks
He needs milk, not gatorade, you could try a kitten milk replacement liquid or powder. Your local vet may be able to give you phone numbers for wildlife rehabbers. Good luck.
