my neighbor found 2 baby squirrels and she dosen't know how to feed it

you can feeed a squriarrle seeds,fruits and vegtiblies too. and to stop the bleeding i would put a towel over the nose and wait for it to stop bleeding.
You need to contact your local vet as soon as possible. They can put you in touch with the wildlife rehabilitators in your area. They require a lot of attention and need to be cared for by someone with experience.
give the squirrels this food rec. take toscabled eggs 1cup milk half cup warm water 3 apple slices 2 chopped baby corrots then blind all together feed with eye droper.
