hey, your supposed to take a cotton ball or wash cloth and wet it in warm water and massage his little poop and pee holes and the area around them. if you dont he'll get colic and die...Do you need to help a baby squirrel poop? it sounds wierd, i know, but please help me!?
Many baby animals are stimulated to make a bowel movement if you wipe a wet, warm cloth gently across the anus. (Mother animals lick the kids there, so you are just mimicing that action.)

If this is a squirrel that you found outside, be careful. Not only is there danger of bites and scratches (on your skin) getting infected or transmitting disease from the squirrel to you, but you may also unintentionally injure the animal.

Most baby animals that are abandoned have an uphill battle to stay alive, even with your well-meaning help. Assuming you've already touched the baby, the mom is very unlikely to take it back. Try not to be completely heartbroken if it doesn't make it. If in doubt, find a vet!

If this little one came from a pet store, they should be able to recommend a vet that can help.

Good luck.
I'm pretty sure you're supposed to get warm (not hot) water on a washcloth and rub their tummies and genital areas.
Don't worry about it. I'm sure it's 'moving it's bowls' and you just don't see him or her do it.
Uh.. is that legal?
