How do you take care of four baby squirrels?

We were cutting down the palm tree in our front yard and when the workers were cutting it up they accidentally cut a little baby squirrel that couldn't even walk. Then we found 3 more. We're not sure if the injured one will live, but we want to help the others if we can. We're waiting for the squirrel mother to come and get them but that may take a while- until then, will they get dehydrated since it's so hot, and should we give them anything? How do you take care of four baby squirrels?
Hi there.

They're part of nature so it's best not to handle them or do anything to them. I suggest just putting a bowl of water out there for them, in case they're thirsty. Though, don't stay out there with them, as the mother squirrel will get scared and won't come :)

Hope I helped you out - good luck :)How do you take care of four baby squirrels?
do not, and i mean DO NOT touch them too much and let your scent get on them. the best you can do for them is leave them in an old bird cage, put it in your garden, and leave the door open so the mama squirrel can walk in and get her babies, without and foxes or wild animals being able to get them, since they can't get into the opening of the bird cage. you can put out milk (or water) in a teeny tiny dish next to them though. oh yeah and watch the baby squirrels make sure they don't escape the bird cage. make the cage comfy like it was a nest made by a squirrel. line it with soft blanketes and put in flowers and pieces of grass and a few twigs. just to make them feel at home.
Give them water- lots. All animals in the world, especially little growing squirrels, need lots of water. Give them something soft that a baby squirrel could eat- like cheese maybe? Maybe even a little milk.

EDIT

You're getting a lot of dangerous (to the babies) incorrect advice.

Babies too young to ';walk'; will still have their eyes closed. They ONLY drink milk from the mother at this stage.

Are they quiet or are they crying out? Are they pink or do they have fur? What is the injured baby doing?
You should immediately contact your local shelters and get numbers to the wildlife rescues in your area. There are many sites that tell you what you should do but found many of them to have the incorrect baby formulas listed.
its illegal to keep a wild animal,I'd take them to a vet they will know what to do,plus if the mother is still alive she'll be worried about her kits, call a vet and ask on what would be good
Take them to a vet so they can care for them then wean them back into the wild.
