I found a baby squirrel and i am trying to help it live. I know how to care for it but i was kinda wondering, if the mom squirrel had rabies, will the baby also? I don't know if the mom did but i dont wanna get bit and take any chances. THANKS A BUNCH !BABY SQUIRREL ! HELP !?
I would give it to your local Wildlife center, the major is raising and then releasing wild animals. It will still get to live, but they will make sure it is healthy and doesn't have rabies.
(i beleive that you could raise it, but it will be harder for it to live in the wild again.)
