Help!!! i found a baby squirrel probably 2 weeks old i don't know what to feed it?

i found a baby squerrel and i have no idea what to feed it there is no way my mom or dad will take me to a pet store for any speacial milk and so far all i feed it was water for dehydration and yogurt what should i feed it please helpHelp!!! i found a baby squirrel probably 2 weeks old i don't know what to feed it?
i think u should find a rehabilitator to raise it and set it back into the wild. my friend found a newly hatched duckling once that was a most likely a late hatcher and they fed it formula seed and bugs. it got really sick one day and they tried to take it to the vet but he wouldnt see it. they took it to the rehabilitator and he said that by law you arnt allowed to own a baby duck. that duck will either end up released back to the wild or in a petting zoo (if it is to attached to humans). u need a special licence to take care of and or keep wildlife. whats best for the squirl is that u take it to the rehabilitator. i know its hard because its so cute but u'll be doing the right thing by the animal.Help!!! i found a baby squirrel probably 2 weeks old i don't know what to feed it?
Have you parents call animal control and they will make sure it is properly taken care of. Are you sure that its mother is no where around?
I have also had a baby squirrel. Unfortunately you will have to go to the pet store. You need to feed it kitten formula in a nursing bottle, our squirrel only ate out of a medicine syringe. Another thing you can do is put some peanut butter on a cracker, he will lick it off. Make sure you have water available for the squirrel in its cage, it may not drink it. HE NEEDS MILK!!!!Also call your vet and ask them what else to feed it, that's what we did.
DON'T KEEP IT !!!!!!!!!!!

take it to a animal shelter or something like that!

DON'T KEEP IT !!!!!!!!!!!

The Animal shelter will know wat to do with it.

Trust me.
depending on whether this squirrel was found near a possible location where red squirrels are being recorded the chance is slim. This squirrel is possibly a grey squirrel and in UK the law is that any grey squirrel captured should be handed over to authority to be destoyed. This is a true law act in the UK.
well if its only 2 weeks old im surprised its eating yogurt....but i dont realli think this is a good idea...the milk in the yogurt may upset its stomach or may b too difficult to digest, you should definatly google it! lol or maybe jus get sum kitten formula from the pet shop
Every rat/hamster like thing I have ever had loved baby food. My rat would not eat anything as he was ill so I gave him baby food and It worked he was up and about a week later!
Baby squirrels actually need a very specific type of milk formula at one age, and a different type of when they are a little older. You need to give him to a trained wildlife rehabilitator or he will have nutritional deficiencies and could die. Vets and shelters should know who to contact. Call them and ask what to do.

Please do not try to raise wild animals by yourself. Without the proper training you are more likely to hurt it than help it.
Don't feed it anymore. you could be doing more harm than good. Call the SPCA or a wildlife center to comeand get it.
well your best bet would be calling the local vet or animal shelter. i couldnt really give you any info on what would be the most nutritional....but my siblings and i once found three abandoned baby squirels and we fed it wet whole grain bread, and they seemed to love it. although like i said, a vet would probably have a more nutritional idea for you. hope all goes well.....
I found on baby squirrel one time and the vet told me to feed it baby formula through an eye dropper. The little guy loved it and eventually got big enough to be set free to the wild.
