Why do we we never see baby squirrels?

I mean, they all look to be about the same size! There must be a difference in size between baby ones and adult ones. Why do we we never see baby squirrels?
Squirrels traditionally spend most of their time in trees foraging for food, bearing young, taking shelter from weather, finding food, and escaping from predators. Because humans have altered the landscape extensively, squirrels have been forced to use almost anything that resembles a tree to hide from predators, take shelter from the elements, store food, and raise their young.

They usually wean them around 12 weeks of age and drive them away. Why do we we never see baby squirrels?
baby squirrels are seen at a fully grown size about 5 weeks after birth so you do see baby squirrels but you dont realise it, same as baby pigeons. Baby pigeoans are the same size as the parents because there feathers and baby down are thicker and look the same size as an adult
Baby ones stay in the nest area in the woods, they grow fast and look about like grown ones in a months time. I see them all the time, I live in the woods.
They stay in the nest for quite a long time. For very same reason you do not see baby pigeons - they too leave the safety of the nest when they almost fully grown.
or baby pigeons???
Hi I saw one yesterday in the road with an adult one, they are smaller and cuter.

I almost hit it but was going slow so I was able to stop and it ran away.
Same goes for human...

Why we never see newborn babies running around?
you know thatsa really clever question
Because you don't spend enough time in the woods in the spring.
They are always in daycare.
Coz they are born fully grown ;)
