This baby squirrel doesnt look right?

i found a baby squirrel and i took it in because it looked starved and it looks,, weird, it looks like its been away from its mom for a day or two. its really small but it eats solid food its eyes are wide open and it can move like crazy, i find it funny because its really small like a 2 week old baby but it can move and eat like an older squirrel. why is that?This baby squirrel doesnt look right?
release the squirrel back to the wild. It probably has a birth defect that can't be fixed. I suggest feeding it a little more and then release it. Once you release it spread food around your property so in case it is defected it has easily accessible food and the squirrel is always near you. It is a very nice thing to take the squirrel in but the squirrel should be able to take care of it self or at least have it think it is. If the squirrel is healthy then it can live a normal life style. Bottom line release it, leave food around your property, and observe it. In case of an emergency bring it to a vet immediately. It's still a wild animal, be careful not to get bit.
squirls dont have a long life span so it will get active like that so it can continue its life!
it's born like that. I think they're taught from a young (very) age.
