But if theyre illegal in your state your not going to be able to find a good dealer that is willing to send it there.
I didnt even know what those were until I was browsing the pet section of craigslist..
I would go to www.craigslist.com and go to the area you live. once your there choose the pers section, and most likely someone will be givin one away.
