Answer above this is not accurate, it's illegal to keep squirrels in MOST states, but not all. The chances of being caught and fined are highly unlikely, but the chances of the squirrel surviving without it's mother (because you are inexperienced) is very likely. It's immune system is very weak at this age you really should look for a wildlife rehab. Good for you for caring! How to feed and take care of less than 1 week old baby squirrel?
Take it to the rspca, tell them you have fount it unless it is yours lol but if its not then they will take it off your hands free of charge and fix it up :)

Please dont take it up on your self to try and make it better because itll probably die without propper vet care.
You need to get it to a wildlife rehabber as soon as possible. Here is a great website that will give you help you locate a rehabber and also give you some good information on what to do in the mean time.

When I took care of newborn squirrels I used puppy milk and put it in a dropper. Look for any Animal Rehabilitation centers in your area. They will know how to properly care for it.
Don't touch it, take it to a vet or wildlife rehabilitation center. it is illegal to keep any kind of squirrel! You will get a HUGE fine if they catch you with it!
Take it to a wildlife rescue or your Humane Society. Requires alot of 24/7 work. Do this asap.
