Well, you would have to be very anti-social with it if you could,(not sure if it's legal there without a license) that would be very hard to do seeing how they're adorable :). yes, but the squirel will die because it won't know how to survive on it's own without a human giving it food and shelter. As soon as winter hits, he'll be done for.Can you raise a baby squirrel until it is grown and release it in Wisconsin?
I could but I wouldn't drive that far. I would just release it here.
